Improvement of studies

Do you want studying to stop being a constant struggle and become a more efficient, organized and motivating process? As a performance psychologist, I help students from the age of 12 develop the mental skills needed to improve their learning and achieve better academic results. As with elite athletes, academic performance depends not only on hours of study, but also on the ability to concentrate, maintain motivation, manage stress and believe in yourself.

In the sessions we work on fundamental aspects such as concentration, the time organization, the study planning, the personal confidence and the pressure management, especially during exam periods. We also work on toolsemotional intelligence, so that students learn to handle frustration, self-demand, fear of failure and other emotions that can block them.

The same techniques I train with athletes—visualization, mental routines, attentional control, motivational strategies, physiological regulation, and performance guidelines—can be directly transferred to the academic world to improve focus, optimize effort, and increase study effectiveness.

The goal is for each student to discover how your mind works and learn to get the most out of it. We work so that you study more calmly, be consistent, have tools to concentrate better and face exams with confidence and serenity. It's not just about getting good grades: it's about learning to study well and developing skills that will serve you throughout your life.
