The main objective of this first session will be to conduct an assessment of your counseling needs and determine the next steps to take.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please log in to your Lyra account at least 24 hours before the appointment to make the change. Please consider that our cancellation policy implies that any late cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance) or «no-show» will be deducted from your approved sessions.

A) Online Session:
It is recommended to have the following:
1. Stable internet connection throughout the session.
2. A quiet and private space for the consultation.
3. Your computer’s audio and video are working correctly.
We recommend participating from a laptop, desktop computer, or iPad, as the screen size and stability of a mobile phone may affect the quality of the session.
Before our first session, I’ll need you to review and sign the attached informed consent form and send it back to me so I can complete your file and confirm the session.
